The MTA issued a notice saying that there will be 10-minute back ups on the 4/5 trains during Monday rush hour.

Ha! In my experience, there are always 10-minute back ups during rush hour on that train. I’m guessing that what they mean in MTA-nese is that the back ups will be 20 minutes. And by 20, they mean 30.
