Matzoh-Matsui, Oy Vey!

Tonight bring the Matzoh and see Mets star Kaz Matsui, join the Brooklyn Cyclones for one night only to take on the Vermont Expos. Matsui on a rehab assignment will join the team for only one day.

Every season the Cyclones put on theme nights to inspire a little fun and to introduce the team into different areas of Brooklyn. Tonight’s Jewish Heritage Night features not only a Matzoh Ball Soup-Making Contest, but also an attempt to have the largest Hora dance ever at a minor league park, where the players will lead the crowd onto the field and dance at 6:15PM.

Now, I don’t know about anyone else, but who wants to see Matsui have to do the Hora next to Mookie Wilson while gobbling down some warm Matzoh Ball Soup? If I didn’t already work there, I’d be all over it.

The Cyclones take on the Vermont Expos tonight at Keyspan Park, Coney Island at 7PM
