no sex in the stairwells

it’s all over the news today–quotes from an ap newswire–that new york city’s student code of conduct has been ammended to include a “no sex in the stairwell” phrase. no alcohol. no pot. no slurs against ethnic, transgendered or homosexual students either… hm… just students?

is that no sex in any stairwell, cuz I see an interesting blackmarket proposition. $5/minute to do it in my apartment building’s stairwell.

was wondering that one myself… is it: no students can have sex in school stairwells? which begs the question what of teachers, instructors, and various other administrators? or is it no sex for students in stairwells but everywhere else is fair game?

it’s funny that they had to make a new code of conduct banning things that are already nationally illegal–sex in public, using illegal substances, drinking under the age.
