D.A. holds 2 decade grudge against Graffiti Artist
After reading this morning’s New York Times, it is imminently clear that the district attorney’s office employs some real tightwads. They are charging some dude from the 80s who partook in giving New York City subway cars their signature character with vandalism and other silly charges.
20 years is a long time to hold a grudge, but the D.A. offices of Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan have all charged graffiti artist Alan Ket. He has been showcased at art galleries since finishing up the smooth job on the trains. Now the poor shmuck is getting reamed by a bunch of self-righteous pricks who we thought had gone with the art & free speech hating Giuliani administration.
