		<description>Certainly am interested. I am really, really broke now but I regret very deeply never getting my gallery here into some kind of art fair. 

One big deterent for me about my perception of the rest of America is that I would have to have a car and drive everywhere.

I will tell you one thing. If one, put a dense, functional NY type city in the &quot;Sun Belt&quot;, there would be wago trains and people walking to it as we speak.
