Funds from the event go to the ALS Association and help find research for ALS/Lou Gehrig’s Disease. ALS is a fatal degenerative neuromuscular disease which is on the rise, and being diagnosed in younger people than ever before. Research supports strongly the theory that the cause is probably environmental in nature.
