Pavano's been off the mound for years with that injury, amidst other ones, sitting up in Physical Therapy, while costing the Yanks millions a year. (The Post dubbed him American Idle.) Before you feel bad for the guy, one of his injuries was incurred during a car wreck, and he didn't tell the Yanks he couldn't pitch until almost a month later. Man could be on the Mets payroll, for christ sake. Actually, you don’t have to worry at all.
