Honestly, I’ve never really gotten it. But what the hell, I guess it’s fun to see the streets overrun with men and women in uniform for a week each spring. And to me, I guess that’s what Fleet Week symbolizes each year: spring!

And what’s more, it cracks me up to see the west side gay bars overflowing with men in uniform and their salivating admirers. Don’t ask don’t tell, huh? Well, I guess asking isn’t really necessary…
