Yet another thing to make me go to the East Village.
And eat bad things.
This ice cream shop looks absolutely excellent and, with flavors like Sharffen Berger chocolate-chocolate chunk, I’m afraid I’ll have to weather frozen fingers outdoors AND in.
East Village Ice Cream Shop has just opened by an alum of Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory (someone smell a new cottage industry a la the spawn of Magnolia Bakery?). I’m all for it, I must say. For the Sharffen Berger flavor alone, although they apparently mix it up with a varying array of homemade flavors weekly.
