		<description>Wow.  I respectfully disagree with their placement of Jacques Torres at no. 8 below the Bald Man.  After all the talkup, Max Brenner was the single biggest letdown I&#039;ve EVER had when it comes to chocolate.
For my money, Jacques is tied at no. 1 with City Bakery.

I also think it&#039;s weird that you and my brother have the exact same name!!  Orell&#039;s are definately few and far between.  I wonder if we&#039;re long lost somethings.</description>
