Saw Delroy Lindo at the Spring Street Cafe last night. He’s been in tons of movies, including Get Shorty, Ransom, and Cider House Rules. He was with a youngish gorgeous woman and two beautiful little girls. Don’t know what relation they all were. Heard him say, “Ready to go, ladies?”

At first we couldn’t figure out who he was. We even asked our waitress, who didn’t know either. Eventually I figured it out though I wasn’t 100% sure. Wanted to IMDB him at home. Then our waitress came over to tell us his name. Apparently someone else had an internet connection. For the record she said his whole party was very nice and friendly. He was TALL.

The Spring Street Cafe, if you haven’t been there, is a large and pretty space. The food was good too. My turkey burger and fries rocked the casbah.
