In my suburban Queens neighborhood, your 40×100 lot consists of a frontyard, a backyard, a drive way (ours is too narrow to fit a car) and the 2 car parking spot in front of our house. Technically this is city property but we are held responsible for shoveling when it comes to winter. They do not come even once a year with those truck sweeps to clean it up.

We have a new annoying neighbor, a bunch of idiot rich fake thug kids and their idiot parents. So they have 6 cars, they use 1 spot in front of their house and park their other cars in front of our house. This leaves us many times with 0 to 1 parking space. Last night while coming back into town at midnight, this presented a big problem because we had a lot of unloading to do. Now, we went over there and requested that they park their cars in front of their own house. But they would not listen. Instead they yelled at us and said we should find better parking spots. These dickhead neighbors just moved in not even a year ago. And already they have an attitude.

Now, I don’t know what to do, but I think there must be some sort of resolution to all this. Isn’t there one?
