And I don&#039;t know if you&#039;re familiar with the Sim City games, but in them, if you ever reduce the amount of money the city provides to the transportation department; all your roads/rail get damaged almost immediately. It&#039;s quite funny how accurate that game is.

There&#039;s always a matter of spin. Will the public be mad at the union for striking or mad at the govt for not preventing/ending a strike to the benefit of the union members (and public)?

The MTA is the worst-managed organization ever and if they just got their shit together instead of shuffling money from one bad investment to another in order to claim a loss for the fiscal year then they could meet union demands.</description>
