All Work and No Play

The past few days have been really hectic at work and I haven’t been able to go out anywhere, leaving me with little to talk about and drained of any desire to do anything but veg out and watch the Sopranos. Although the free Starbucks thing was quite a huge stir at the office today – I never even made it out during those hours to get myself a well-earned free goddamned cup of coffee. I must pay half my week’s salary to those mo-effing c-suckaz.

So, besides a ton of work, what’s been keeping me indoors? MySpace. That thing is addictive, my goal was to get as many friends on MySpace as possible (my tally is up to 535) to promote my film production company, but after a while I just sort of lost steam and started looking for any single, vegetarian, Indian chicks within 5 miles of my zip code. Just kidding! Or am I?

I hope to go out this week at least once, maybe I’ll make it out to the Whitney. I definitely wanna do that. That and Barefoot in the Park with Amanda Peet before tickets get sold out, though I don’t think it has the same buzz as the Producers or The Lion King. I’ve taken 3 acting classes and sat through the same dialogue performed from the play and I still want to go out and see it, now that’s saying something. Especially since I’ve only seen one show – Fiddler.
