Kids Behaving Badly

I’ve been on the subway with the annoying kids that are loud and obnoxious, but tonight was INSANE!

Somewhere around DeKalb Avenue on the L Train to Canarsie, a group of about 8 kids got on - all around 17 years old. They started off loud, but then they started pushing each other, and punching each other and then one kid got pushed off the train… and not at his stop. This went on for almost 11 stops. The last act - the one girl in the group got pushed to the floor and the guys dragged her on her back in the subway car. What the fuck! They were like animals, and I almost hate to insult animals like that.

The strange part about it was that no one around them moved. They all seemed to work around each other. Me, I just kept reading and figured that if they came towards my end of the car, I’d move. I think that’s all you can do - change cars.

Needless to say, I got a ride back into Manhattan. It’s good to be home.

Moving between cars will get u a fine. Stringent MTA rules came into effect today.

As regards the kids….its crazy how stupid they act. I was there not long ago, and did some crazy things too, but not in public places where I would be a nuisance. !!

Yes, I heard about the rules - I usually just change cars at the next stop though.
