No theater has ever allowed outside drinks or beverages. Period. It's how they make most of their money. Yes, it's outrageous, but that's why most people sneak stuff in as has already been pointed out. Period. Not searching bags or even providing lockers for people to stow their stuff during the show. Hawaii is such a car-culture state that it didn't even occur to the asshats at Wallace that there are people who don't have a car trunk to put their stuff. Just try that shit in NYC...
