SUBWAY FOLK: You Saved Princess Daisy!

Maybe it’s because I’m prematurely paternal, or maybe it’s because I want to be a kid again, but when I see children on the subway with Game Boys, I become really excited.
Today, on my way to school, a brother and his sister were linked-up (or, whatever) and playing one of the Kirby games. They were pretty loud, actually, and a lot of people in the car were visibly annoyed. But, they were having such innocent fun — I just didn’t get upset about it at all.
WHAT’S HAPPENING TO ME?! I’m Art! I hate kids, right? RIGHT?!
Of course, I still get pissed at adults who rudely leave the sound turned up on their portable video game systems, only letting the whole car know how awful they are at Donkey Kong Classics (ex. wubble, wubble… wubble, wubble…bum-bum-bum-buuuuuuum). But, I’m not sure if I’d feel the same way if a kid did the same thing.
Oh, yes, I truly think I’m losing it.
Ah, well. Seeing these kids definitely inspired me, though. No, not to have kids, shut up (AH!). But, if I actually manage to land a job before I reach retiring age, I want to buy a PSP — those things look awesome!

I love my GBA!! But I use headphones when I play it on subways..
Soce, it pleases me to know that you are so considerate. I’ve always thought there should be more Soce’s in the world and this is just another reason why.
