I envision a new trend : All you can catch dinners. Essentially, you eat what you catch – eg: chicken, fish and assorted seafood (just forget about burgers or steaks – haven’t you heard about mad cow?!?) – then, a chef shows you how to prepare your catch and you eat it.

Just like a bad reality tv show on fox (”Where’s my meal?”)

Wouldn’t be as much fun for all those vegans out there, but, hey – I’d go.
