What I Love About NYC (Part One)
Typically, blogs exist as landscapes of complaint. F that shit. Le vita e bella muthafucka. So, in honor of living the life you love and loving the life you live here

As I got off a downtown #1 train at Times Square, 42nd Street, I walked up the stairs to hear a voice. Can it be that Lincoln Center comes to Times Square, or did a Broadway play decide to do a matineee underground?
It is the musical stylings of Natalia Paruz, the SawLady, who plays the “musical saw” that is making the angelic voice. This is not a saw that is used to build or go though wood. This saw pierces through the New York underground air and is a thousand times more pleasant to hear.
This is what I like about NYC!
I love the loners who seem to only leave their apartments at night to shop for supplies at convenient stores. I think they live on canned foods, beer, cigs and kit kats. They move through the streets like black panthers, taking care not to be noticed but my eyes are always trained on them. They’re beautiful.
Love and hate the chaos of Flushing(home).
