I posted this on the message board, but got no replies. Hoping someone can help. Can anybody suggest a cool, down-home, ghetto-fabulous nail salon that does really ornate nail art in either Manhattan or somewhere in Williamsburg? I’m talking airbrushing, nail jewelry, etc.
