TV in Times Square

ABC is screening some its fall pilots on the big board in Times Square on Saturday and Sunday. The shows start at 11 AM; the event is open to all, so if you want to get an early peek at “Boston Legal,” drop by the Crossroads of the World this weekend for brunch and open-air television. (Thanks to Cynopsis for that heads-up.)

And while you are on your way to see these screenings at Times Square, you might encounter the Saw Lady this Sunday morning, at the Times Square subway station. Probably the coolest subway performer ever (chosen by both ‘Time Out NY’ and the ‘Village Voice’ for their ‘Best of NY’ lists).

The Saw Lady is at Union Square a lot. Her cart advertises her website http://www.SawLady.com
There’s a blog of her days playing in the subway – cool.
